Upcoming NA Server Move

The server move only compounds what has already been, a ping nightmare for the mass majority of lol players. With LOL having what I assume to be the highest population density on the west coast. I do not see why they move the server instead of upping the bandwidth, or splitting the NA continent into two server groups.

    With most the team homes being on the west coast to have an online competitive advantage.  It sees the teams with the true want to keep that competitive  advantage to pack up and move half way across the country. This will only cost the team holders money to move them. From what I understand owning an e-sports team has such a little profit margin.  Most of the smaller teams will not be able to make the move, keeping them from the chance to grow into something bigger.

Over all this change only servers to hurt my enjoyment and many other players of the game.

Well if the e-sports team can't win without an advantage then do they really deserve to be considered the "best?"

That being said I am FURIOUS over this move as it is completely illogical; Riot points out how the player base is huge- then why not open a "central" server in Chicago and keep the west coast server. I am furious because I went from playing a comfortable 40-60 ping with occasional spikes into 100 ping. I am now 88ms Ping average, mostly when the game is pretty idle but I get spikes now into 250-300ms which equates to VERY frustrating delayed response time which is frequently losing me games. I main marksman and positioning couldnt be more important so having a 2-3 second delay (the fact it is inconsistent and unpredictable makes it even more frustrating); I might as well quit playing as any chance of dodging skill shots went out the window. The main reason I am still playing is because keep hoping it will get better and the hundreds of dollars I have spent on a game I used to be able to enjoy but now just has me yelling profanity at outcomes I had hindered control over. If anyone has a suggestions for stabilizing ping please let me know. Honestly I think the new server messed up the matchmaking algorithm pairing players less localized.

Riot should open 2-3 servers across NA; because I rather lose a match against a pro in CA in a fair fight than to lose to a new player in VA due to server inconsistencies.
