July sales schedule

are they doing emotes of skins now?

Smurf accounts who want their key champs w/o playing 100 games to unlock one for "free". Or those who feel like paying $10 for some rp to unlock 2-3 on sale champs is more time efficient than playing 5-6 hours+ to unlock one w/ b/e.

Unless the release skins look too tempting.

Once upon a time, Riot used to do on-launch sales for skins that just came out, but that was replaced with "Early Sales" that discounted the skins 4-6 months after release. The sales are called early because they precede the 50% discount schedule, which only discounts skins over a year old. https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/were-changing-discounts

and rotating game modes every week

if you've waited over a month you should have enough essence by now, shouldn't you?

Probably two weeks after patch 8.12

Also, wrong thread.

because the sweetheart skins are going to be on sale
