The last IP sale was during the first week of September. If we count that month we had

September, October, November, December, and this month January.

That is a grand total of....5 month.

So it is looking like the next sale will be at the start of March.

Send a message to customer support, usually they can be willing to refund the difference if you bought something shortly before it went on sale.

Doesn't matter I've had this issue before. Ever since sales have been announced a month in advanced they don't give partial refunds.
