DarkRitual3 votesEven without the worlds stream annoucement it would be having issues, they should have listed them on ebay or something. 30 min of refreshing and still nada. The early bird gets fucked by connection overload.
There's actually one listed on ebay for $100 right now. Probably worth to now have the hassle of insufficient store infrastructure. This will only get worse as they start releasing more desirable merch items.
Eibhleann1 votesI was on the page a few minutes before noon and it let me add to cart, but wouldn't go to checkout. refreshed and at noon est (ie 9am pacific when it went on sale) on the dot the site went down. I literally sat there hitting refresh every time the gateway timeout finished loading (about a minute per reload) and after a half hour i had a page but it still wouldn't load the cart. at 1253 i got the cart page to load, but then it said my cart was empty. all told, it wasn't until close to 3pm that I managed to get it. luckily, even today when I checked, there are still figures in stock. if anyone buys it on ebay then they are a fool.
(edit - disregard, they are in fact out of stock again. maybe you should spend a bunch extra after all...)
