They said not all champions will be released for 6300... then they were all released for 6300... then they were all released for 7800. They said 1350 skins won't be a frequent price point, now they are. Ultimate skins have been released at a higher price, since PFE was released for the price of a legendary, SGU was more expensive, and the new Sona skin was only 25% off. Several more broken promises I forgot... And now this new one about Icons for IP.
