The end-of-year Prestige shop is open! Here's the list of items on offer in addition to the 2019 Prestige Point skins:

PROJECT 2019 Jackpot Bag - 50 PP
- Contains 3 skin shards of the same tier (750 RP, 975 RP, 1350 RP, or 1820 RP) and 1050 Orange Essence
Revel Grab Bag - 50 PP
- Contains a 520 RP skin shard, 750 RP skin shard, 975 RP skin shard, 1350 RP skin shard, and 1820 RP skin shard
Arcade 2019 Jackpot Bag - 50 PP
- Contains 3 legacy skin shards (one guaranteed 975 RP or higher) and 1520 Orange Essencesame as the project 2019 jackpot bag
Prestige Ahri Animated Emote - 25 PP
Prestige 2019 Ward Skin - 15 PP
Prestige 2019 Icon - 5 PP
Golden Trials 2019 Icon - 5 PP
Golden Cup Icon (ARCADE 2019) - 5 PP
PROJECT: Reckoning Icon - 5 PP
Worlds 2019 Prestige Points Icon - 5 PP
Hextech Key - 3 PPA
30 Orange Essence - 1 PP

2019 Prestige Points expire February 3 2020, 13:00 PM PT so use 'em if you got 'em. This is a few days later than the previously-announced January 31, 11:59 PM PT date.

Early 2020 Prestige Info

You'll be able to pick up 2020 Prestige Points from Masterwork Chest bundles starting January 15, 2020 with the first event of the year. The 2019 bundles will still be available at that time, but the 2020 versions will have updated visuals to make it clear which year's points you're purchasing. 2020 Prestige Points will expire January 28 2021, 13:00 PT.

As previously announced, all 2020 Prestige event token skins will be returning at the end of the year for purchase with Prestige points, but won't grant their original event borders OR the gold Prestige point border. We'll be back in January with a list of champions getting Prestige skins in the first half of 2020. Until then, happy blinging!

Prestige was a mistake. The stuff in the shop is basically worthless and not worth how much prestige points are worth. Previous event skins should have come back because those are what people actually want. I grinded, spent more time on that than school/work, hoping prestige skins would be available once again. Downvote me, but it's just not fair to the majority of us who were either not on at the time or taking a break. I previously heard rumors that they were going to bring back the skins. I'm curious as to what changed your mind. Garena keeps rereleasing prestige skins over there so why not here? Run by different people, I know, but what makes it any different? They promised it was an event exclusive over here? I could easily just switch to Garena servers but I am not making a second account after all I've spent already.

I said this in another comment but I get up at 6:30am, work from 8:30 to 5, and get home at 6. Then I have to walk the dog, socialize, do errands, cook, spend time with family, etc. etc. I still managed to get Prestige Kai'sa.

Prestige skins are special because they're hard to get and only for a certain time period. Those who actually tried to get them were rewarded for it, so I don't see how you think it's "unfair." Isn't it MORE unfair that you want these skins to be re-released because then the original people who worked for it just wasted their time...

Not only that brother/sister, But I would also like to purchase old event chromas to which would be pretty neat. Or even LV Qiyanna. I really would have liked the Project Zed Chroma. (Forgot the unique name) That or even the Principle Yuumi Chroma. These things are quickly forgotten but I would like a chance to recieve them again! I agree that some people (Such as myself) were not playing at the time certain events were happening...[cass-cry]

I was thankfully there for LV Qiyanna (though had no idea it was worth tokens and I had already gotten the prestige point bundle so I had to spend extra) so I completely understand why people want that skin so much, especially with the actual LV merch being way too much for most of us to even afford, we at least have a somewhat reasonable priced skin. I missed out on Prestige Lux due to not knowing how prestige worked and while I did get the Yuumi bundle at the time, I was not able to get her formal chroma because at the time had no idea about the formal chromas being exclusive (along with prestige lux).

And like it's been stated in the past about them wanting to "respect our investments" I literally do not care if prestige Qiyana comes back. I just want everyone to be happy and enjoy playing the game. This community is amazing and I love you all.

But yes I'm glad some of you are speaking up about chromas because some event ones I own the skins now months later (even if I was there for the events) and would like the chromas I can't get. I'm a chroma collector as well. My friends and I even if we have different skin lines always try to match up chromas when we can lol.

looks like everyone is getting downvoted lol. anyways, i feel like they should make these events less of a grind... maybe double the points so everyone can grind at their own pace rather than trying to get enough points for just the prestige skin and maybe one chroma by the end of the event. pretty much every game now has some grindable event... but this games grind is just too much work for very low reward (might be called prestige, but it just looks like a recolor to be honest).

I played my ass off for Prestige Kai'sa. The hours were tough since I have a 830-5:00 job, but in the end it was worth it for me because I barely see people with the skin. The whole point of prestige is to have a few people own it, so it makes it more valuable. The only annoying thing is that people can just buy the prestige points, but I guess that also makes it "prestige."

To be honest I will never grind that hard again for another prestige skin, so maybe you do have a point, but I really don't want these skins to be easily obtained. These are purposefully meant to be hard to obtain (unless you're rich) so I'm also OK with Riot saying "If you don't want the prestige skin, then don't work for it..." Makes sense to me.

Makes perfect sense. People this year grinded for skins they imagined would never come back, therefore Riot doesn't bring them back so that it's fair to those who played under that impression.

2020 Prestige skins you'll know ahead of time whether or not they'll come back for prestige points or will be event-exclusive, so nobody loses out and you'll know whether or not you should grind during the event or just save up until the 2020 Prestige shop.

Actually they stated it somewhere before that the skins MIGHT come back at the end of the year for people who missed it. It was in some Q&A or a tweet when people were trying to figure out how PP worked.

what can you say about people who grinded for 2200 tokens to buy prestige points? they deserve as much as if not more, that Icon wasn't even optional, u were forced to get it with the prestige points.

Because you didn't grind for the skins. Prestige skins and regular limited time skins are different, and the LoL community fully acknowledges this when they complain about the grinding aspect of it, but suddenly they're the same thing now?

Many people didn't grind for Prestige skins either. You can spend money to get the tokens, thus your point isn't really valid.

Man I usually side with the LoL community but you guys are absolutely ridiculous right now and sound SO entitled. People do not play League to grind for a skin. How is THAT the reason people quit after URF? You make it sound like Prestige skins should be easily accessible and is the whole point of league. No, they're a minor thing and purposefully made hard to get. If you don't think you can get it, then just ignore prestige skins.

The little points and tokens we get during events are neat, but if that's THE reason anyone here plays League, then that sounds kind of stupid IMO. They're literally freebies and every now and then you get enough to spend them. I barely pay attention to them because they are not a major part of league...

I would argue they didn't state it clearly enough. It definitely wasn't stated in the client.

Same thing with the Twisted Treeline removal. It had been mentioned in a post Riot made but a lot of players didn't know it was happening because nothing in client alerted them.

I had cancer during prestige kaisa worlds event 2018 and was undergoing chemotherapy during that time couldn't play all that much. Sucks that older prestige aren't available I would love to get that skin Kaisa

Katarina aight so so kda kaisa prestige is not coming back yeh? and the garen skin wont be on the 2019 prestige points thing so i can just spend the 103 tokens i got right now xD? just curious and dont wanna make an oopsies i regret later ^_^ got all the skins except miss fortunes and kaisa not that i care much about kaisa just would be cool for the collection :3

Do you know for sure? I'm saving mine just in case... but I hear people have heard they might bring them back but I would like to know the source. Prestige Lux is the only skin I want in the game at this point. Was even thinking about cosplaying it but if I dont even own the skin that kinda ruins the point in cosplaying it... I also wanna know because I've already wasted money on loot and well obviously I haven't gotten it and I can't just buy loot until I get it unless I had every skin in the game...

hey riot your players are unhappy. youre making some horrible decisions based on reasoning a lot of players dont agree with. set it to a vote. let peoples voices be heard.

fix it. my home got broken into and all my possessions stolen during the kaisa event, i didnt even get to play the game or anything.

now im basically shit out of luck for something...YOU ARE DOING NEXT YEAR? the drop rates in chest for it are pathetic, and i have the prestige points. youve got my money. at least let me spend it on something i want, rather than be forced to throw them away on grab bags.
