Twitch Rivals: League of Legends Showdown

On January 15 at 10 AM PT, we’ll be kicking off the first Twitch Rivals event for League of Legends. Watch some of your favorite streamers battle it out in a blind pick brawl on twitch.tv/twitchrivals or on each individual creator’s Twitch channel. Check out the official tournament page here for full rules and details.

In a best of 3, blind pick format, 80 content creators will show off their skills, champion mastery, and surely some questionable plays as they battle for a $75k prize pool.

as much as I don't like the proudboys they do have a lot of experience on league. My hope is we have a new jesse owens to stomp them out just like in the 1936 olympics.

Not the most toxic. There are several people more toxic than Tyler. Case in point, XJ9s recent drama. Also there's DarkwinJax, RatIRL and Pornstar Zilean, all of whom never reformed as Tyler did

The thing is, who are they? It's all about popularity dude, and to be honest, some of the streamers listed right now I don't even know. However, someone out there does, so riot just gathers those people who seem more out there than most.

I've been watching their scrims for 3 days now. I'm 90% sure Sudden Impact will win. That's the team TF Blade is on. I saw him scrim vs Moe's team(Pepega). TF Blade solo carried his team by completely shitting on Moe's team 1v5. It wasn't even close. And he fuckin did this without coms. He claims that he plays better without coms which, after that performance, I don't doubt. He is by far the best player in this tournament.

I felt the same way too. Pro play is cool and all but this.....can't fuckin wait for it. My only disappointment is I can't find Hashinshin's name on any of the rosters. I'm gonna have to check them again. Perhaps I missed it. I would love to see how he interacts with the others on coms, especially if he gets shit on in top lane.

Blind pick? I guess they want the one tricks to be able to get their favorite champion... weak. Makes games far less entertaining or interesting. Maybe more people would care about this if they actually went draft mode.
