When 5.18 dropped, we powered up the instant feedback system and shared that positive players would earn an exclusive Summoner Icon. If you met the requirements (no restrictions or bans 6/15–9/15), your icon should be unlocked right now.

We can get positive play icons but Graves can't have a cigar

If you're not sure if you're eligible just make sure to check out your entire icon inventory. The icon won't show up at the top and there is no notification that you got it this time.
If you're concerned because you think you should have gotten it but didn't - you can write in a ticket here.

@Hollymonster: Is there any way at all that actual context for various icons on our inventories can be provided in the client? Like, when we select one, replace the text explaining what a summoner icon is, with a description of what the selected icon was actually for?
I've played since beta and have amassed a pretty good stock of icons at this point. Some are self explanatory, but others, I just have a hard time remembering where they came from.
I got a leaver buster 5-min queue restriction a month or so ago. Is this going to stop me from getting this schway new icon?
