When 5.18 dropped, we powered up the instant feedback system and shared that positive players would earn an exclusive Summoner Icon. If you met the requirements (no restrictions or bans 6/15–9/15), your icon should be unlocked right now.
Thanks for being a positive force!
Noxiosus110 votesI'm in silver, won't be seeing anyone with this icon anytime soon.
MajinRaviel23 votesI'm silver 5 and I got it...
Wuhyun17 votesIt's a joke, because silver is a pretty toxic elo. I'm in silver
freight train72217 votes[deleted]
IamSean47 votesI'm plat and got it. But that's because I'm a lot better than all of you and I'm nice about it. scrubs /s
awfawfaw241 votesAt least silver isn't as toxic as mercury or lead tier. I just got lead V and dear lord it's like I'm chasing down singed.
Catastrop9 votesDon't forget Cardboard 8 and Wood 7.
RedZealot97 votesthose arent toxic elements though... it was a chemistry joke
Real Life Soraka17 votesI just got past Arsenic III :(
Sciaphobia2325 votesI never thought I'd do this but I literally logged in just to upvote.
HawkDalf12 votesI've been silver the entire year until a week ago. Being in a lower elo is no excuse for being toxic.
ĘbbAndƒlowey10 votesBut it's also the reason a lot of people are there.
Stexe68 votesI'm guessing Dunkey didn't get this then. RIP DUNKEY.
Kevvin31 votesWe can get positive play icons but Graves can't have a cigar
Elisai16 votesI will always love this.
Inférnal30 votesI dont want to check my account to see if I got it...
RiotHollymonster86 votesYou got it. Grats. :P
Elisai37 votesWow you're nice.
RiotHollymonster61 votesHey, I try! I got the icon too. :D
Darkai24 votesGive me your riot icon pls
Elisai7 votesNioceeeee. Buh why can't graves have a cigar?
RiotHollymonster16 votesHonestly though, I think it's because cigar smell sticks in your hair FOREVER and we just didn't want that anymore.
Shroom Junkie8 votesPretty sure its like mandatory to get the icon for a Rioter. :I Like... zero bans... ever... else you'll probably be fired or something...
RiotHollymonster46 votesActually, I know a few Rioters who didn't get it. Of course the reason for that is they like to test bans on their live accounts, but still I know a few!
Shroom Junkie11 voteso.O weird
Pandamoniom3711 votesHi Riot Hollymonster :D, I haven't gotten any restrictions and I didn't get the icon T-T ;-;. Could you please let me know if I somehow did get banned and I don't remember it or if there was just a mistake, it would make me feel better :)
RiotHollymonster20 votesSorry guys,
I can't check anymore tonight. Gotta go pick up my pups from daycare and make dinner.
If you're not sure if you're eligible just make sure to check out your entire icon inventory. The icon won't show up at the top and there is no notification that you got it this time.
If you're concerned because you think you should have gotten it but didn't - you can write in a ticket here.
TOMMY CHONG19 votesNice! Waiting for mine now.
edit: not a joke. Never had a single behavior issue in league!
nightsharks2 votesSame, maybe it'll take a day or two to roll out.
RiotHollymonster27 votesNope, they're all out for NA already. If you think you should have got one and didn't just make sure you scroll down a bit because it isn't at the top of your icon inventory.
gubigubi2 votesDoes that have anything to do because the start date of this is from 6/15? So it counts the icon as being released back in 6/15 or something?
Edit: Just curious :^0!
RiotHollymonster13 votesIt has more to do with how things are added into the backend inventory. This specific item was added a pretty long time ago, so it's farther back on the 'list'.
The way the icons show up for players is in the order we added them into that inventory.
TheAfroCat7 votesThanks Holly! I thought I didn't get it and I was so heartbroken and disapointed in myself, and then I scrolled down and it was right there! :D
RiotHollymonster16 votesYou already got yours. You likely can't see it because it isn't the first in your inventory. Scroll down a bit and you should find it!
nightsharks3 votesIs there a notification when you log in?
RiotHollymonster11 votesNo notification this time.
We're working with the PBJ team to make sure this happens for future initiatives, but there wasn't enough time to make it happen for this one. :(
oomydoomers3 votesHi hollymonster, can you please check my account to see if there was a mistake or if I got punished without knowing during this time, I dont see my icon D: Thanks and sorry for bothering ;-;
RiotHollymonster9 votesJust checked, you weren't eligible - sorry dude. :(
If you're not sure why, feel free to write in a ticket.
oomydoomers3 votesI sent in a ticket asking when my last punishment was a few weeks back, but i got a response saying that the information couldn't be disclosed, that's why im not sure :/ but thanks
WarlordTim11 votesHey Hollymonster, thanks for taking the time to comment here. I appreciate that a Riot employee is taking the time to talk to individual people. As a company, you've been doing a better and better job of communicating lately. I don't need a reply, just put up your hand to recieve the air high-five I just sent your way
Zielmann7 votes@Hollymonster: Is there any way at all that actual context for various icons on our inventories can be provided in the client? Like, when we select one, replace the text explaining what a summoner icon is, with a description of what the selected icon was actually for?
I've played since beta and have amassed a pretty good stock of icons at this point. Some are self explanatory, but others, I just have a hard time remembering where they came from.
RiotHollymonster12 votesYeah, I've played since Jan 2010 and have a HUGE icon inventory as well.
I'd love for this to happen, but I have no idea if or when it will. I really want it too!
Mr Frank9 votesbonus points if it shows what percentage of the community also owns a copy. (you get to see how special you are!) :3
CodeRace1 votesI got a leaver buster 5-min queue restriction a month or so ago. Is this going to stop me from getting this schway new icon?
RiotHollymonster6 votesNope. You already have it actually.
CodeRace3 votesIndeed I did! It was hiding between the Nemisis Draft and Poro King event icons. Dang poro's trying to hide away my stuff~! Thanks Hollymonster
RiotHollymonster5 votesPoros are cute, but devious little fluffballs!
Froggiesaurus1 votesI logged on hoping to get one but didnt. ;-;
RiotHollymonster6 votesYou did get it. Check your whole icon inventory!
