(Vayne loaded one of her small crossbow bolts into her wrist crossbow. After inspecting the quality of the silver arrowhead, she drew the crossbow back and took aim at Mordekaiser's spine.)
: Let's start with the easiest I'll say. (Before she could fire, a sickly wad of something dropped onto her crossbow. She touched it to feel it, and it was spider silk.)
: What was...oh my gosh... (They looked up and saw the giant spider that injured survivors of the Shadow Isles repeated in crazed fits of fear: Vilemaw. Its many eyes looked down on them as its mandibles clicked furiously.)
: You distract him, I'll destroy the bones!
: Me? Distract that thing? Lol nope! (Quickly runs to a nearby wall and then Arcane Shifts out of the room.)
: You coward! Get back here and fight like a man! (Vilemaw begins crawling down the walls. Vayne fired her wrist crossbow at him and then threw it down and drew her giant crossbow from her back.)
: If I'm going to die here, it won't be from lack of trying! (The crossbow quickly loads up its first bolt, and Vayne launched it at Vilemaw. The great bolt pierced the spider's mandible, causing it to stop momentarily before it realized a shrieking hiss. The next bolt readied up and Vayne fired it, piercing it in an eye.)
: One more for the silver to work its ... (A sudden bite from behind made Vayne's body go numb. The crossbow fell from her hands as she collapsed on the ground. She looked up and saw the smiling face of Elise, blood dripping from her mouth.)
: You... I knew I shouldn't have trusted you... (Elise knelt close to Vayne)
: Never trust a spider. (She kissed Vayne softly on the cheek as Vilemaw approached. Elise then picked up Vayne's giant crossbow)
: You won't be needing this anymore. Not where you're going... (Vilemaw wrapped Vayne in a thin layer of silk and then began pulling her away. Elise looked at the crossbow.)
: Now, to put an end to Mordekaiser... (She aimed the crossbow, but when she pulled the trigger the recoil of the great weapon made her pull the shot awry.)
: Blast this infernal thing! No wonder Vayne was always so salty! (She threw the crossbow down and then focused her magic. She focused on the bones as she whispered the incantation of a spell. When complete, arcane forces pulverised the bones into a thousand little pieces.)
: Now Kindred, deliver the Shadow Isles to me...
