Have you heard about the recent Pax event?

Riot had an official event at PAX that was, for a set time, not open to men. Open discrimination and, to make matters worse, they handled the criticism terribly, Daniel Z Klein going so far as to tell a fan who politely asked for clarification to "Fuck off and sea lion somewhere else."

Klein also called basically everyone who has a problem with discrimination/segregation "manbabies."

So, yeah, people are rightfully upset at (some) Rioters being hypocritically jackasses.

Another Klein quote: "So yes, in the interest of justice, equality, and fairness, men need to be excluded sometimes."

He also implied anyone who has a problem with that is an "asshole to women" and that you're "not welcome here, they're not welcome in gaming anymore."

He's also in the past said that terrorism is white, told people "just be less white pls" etc.

So people are rightfully taking the piss out of Riot, that intentionally had an officially gender-segregated panel, and then doubled down and stood behind it, too, while treating their players terribly.
