Because normally legendary skins are 1820 and surprise party fiddle is 975 iirc

Well, Primetime Drave is also 975. I don't really know for sure why either of them cost less.

Edit: also, more googling, surprise fiddle was released when rito turned 2 years old, so that's the reason it's permanently 975. Primetime Draven is an esports 4th wall joke, so is perma on sale as an esports promotion.
