awhile back when I found out after getting him a few days later that he went on sale. I did get the RP price difference back! Was nice. But, I'm not sure if they would do it again.
They didn't even give any HINT that they were gonna put PROJECT: 
. Hence why I got it at full price. Sure they talked about the First Strike and Second Strike stuff for the upcoming PROJECT skins, but nothing about PROJECT: Yasuo.

DeynaTaggerung1 votesThey might give you a refund, part of the issue with stuff like this is no matter when they announce it there will be someone who bought it just before and didn't know. It's not so great that they didn't put it in their monthly advance notice but it was probably an idea they just recently came up with.
At least you still have refunds and didn't waste them on ip purchases in early levels :P

ĘbbAndƒlowey1 votesAs true as this is... Nobody thinks he sucks anymore except a few people in bronze and low silver... Cause Bard mains became common occurrences. Plus a ton of the common bot lanes in those elos shuffle between aggressive and poke lanes. So it's almost a 50/50 chance to have a good or a bad matchup (respectively) there. Then there's the problem that ADC's of that elo don't understand synergy with him. So you have THAT chance for your ADC to not mesh well with him (such as a caitlyn or tristana.) Of course, good Bards can do well in these situations, but this is low elo. It is hard to actually find a good Bard because of his strange play style and mechanically knowledgeable skill set (Not intensive because he doesn't use complicated mechanics like animation cancelling as a Riven needs. But needs to know mechanically how to exploit weaknesses or mistakes.) But when you do, it's almost decided that you win that game. I myself am one of those Bard mains, currently Silver 3 and rising. Bard has greatly increased my mechanical knowledge and I hope to translate that into other champions.
