The Thresh skin and ward skin aren't in the 2014 Championship bundle because they are 2013 series. They aren't and weren't ever intended to be part of 2014's bundle.

Riot Please Read This, Can you guys consider next season to maybe reopen all past championship skins like rivenRiven , shyvanaShyvana , threshThresh , etc. (for next season)That would be cool thanks.
