An idea for a skin but " the bardy hardy" skin. I thought of it when looking at all of the bard puns and I thought that it sounded like party. What I invision it to be like is parallel to the theme of the fiddlesticks birthday skin where it has pastel color contrasts and party do dads making up the skin. Another thought is that seeing bard, or rather hearing his character on the rift, he would really have a great sound spectrum because of the face that he doesn't have a verbal voice. Below I will put some ideas but this is just a fun idea I had for him because honestly being a marksman carry I would love to have a party animal like bard with me in the bot lane
Costume- when I see bard I imagine him with a lots of pastel pinks and greens with a trim of yellow, when it comes to the do dads I think it would look cool if he had a cone party hat and a kazoo as his horn, when he's moving at normal speed I think little glitter animations would give it some color and when he collects one of his chimes he gains the movement speed and streamers could trail behind him.
Recall- I can see him getting a cake out of his cloak and throwing up a party banner and when it gets to the back time he could do a silent countdown as if he's about to surprise someone at a surprise party.
Abilities- his passive could be that the chimes are birthday present scattered around the map, the meeps could be little ballons; the only problem I have with ballons is that they aren't definite spirits and I think that kinda takes away from the champion, again open to suggestions. The Q could be bard throwing a handful of streamers. The W could be bardy placing down a birthday cake and the when the health pack is full charge a little candle could light up on top of the cake. The E could be like the entrance to a party with maybe happy b day riot over the top and other decorations. The R ultimate I think would be hilarious if bard threw a massive cake and everyone would be trapped in frosting for the duration.
Finishing notes- I am very open to suggestions and I would love to see this idea develop through the community. My closing thought is that riot could release this skin on their anniversary so it's actually like a present that is found for their special day. Please throw in suggestions and see you all on the rift

Is it just me or does Elderwood Bard look like something out of Teldrassil in World of Warcraft? O: Either way, I love it.
Ok Riot I am very disappointed in you. I buy this champion Bard only to realize he has been removed temporarily from the game and I can't play him. If you are going to remove him from the game you need to also remove him from the store. Thanks Please fix this.
bard ult should stun enemies and give speed boosts to allies
Looking at Bard, he seem to lean heavily towards serving as tanky utility instead of burst, as well as requiring a lot of communication with his team, the ADC above all. He actually seems like he would pair up with Kalista in lane quite well due to her being so heavily based around communicating with your team and support when you ult them in or out of fights.
