Riot has to add more Noxus champions, they can start with the Tri-leadership in Trifarix (this 'Guile' champ). I've seen a lot of "Heroes" or 'Good Champs" in League of Legends. We need more vile, evil champs in Runeterra. My question would be if riot is planning to add more Evil Champions in League of Legends? And can Demacia have a traitor or a spy as an evil champion?

Swain sucks now lol. His kit just doesn't seem to make any sense. I have seen once someone do quite well with him and lots of people feed. The entire champ revolves around his q. His q is literally 100% of his damage. HIs w seems entirely useless except for minimal vision, and his e provides some crowd control but does no damage. HIs ult actually does some damage on the explosion i guess, but before the explosion it doesn't seem like it does much of anything. Because 95% of his damage is his q i would recommend nerfing the q damage and heavily buffing his w, e, and r drain. :D
