Last day: How to unlock your Mystery Champion

Ding! The community’s moved past level 3 during this week’s Team Up and Pool Party. That means everyone can nab a Mystery Champion (a random champ you don’t own, unlocked for free) by connecting League and Facebook. Friend discovery’s only function is to surface IRL friends that also play League. Add ‘em or not, it’s up to you.

You can find the friend discovery feature by clicking the “Add Friends” button in the client’s friends list. Make sure to connect from 11:59 PM PDT on 6/28 through 11:59 PM PDT on 6/29, otherwise you may not receive your Mystery Champion as expected. We plan to ship out the Mystery Champions by 7/1. If you’ve already signed up for the feature, you’ll unlock a Mystery Champion too. If you disconnected previously, reconnect during the time window up above. If you’ve got questions about the feature, we’ve got a FAQ for that.

Ive been waiting what feels like forever. The army of raging people still surrounds me. They want what was promised, and I don't think I can keep them sated for long. We vigilantly watch the clock, watching the minutes tick by as we stare longingly at the client, hoping one day to see that magical chest appear on screen bringing us gifts of joy. But it seems too far away. Time will only tell how much longer we can survive. Maybe Riot is just testing us, a ploy to get us to sign onto that feature, a mouse trap with no cheese. So we wait, I pray that soon I can return to my friends and family, bearing a new gift to share with them, possibly one I have always wanted. But for now, I wait...

Tahm will not be out by July 1, and even if he was you need 10 or more available champions to get a mystery champion. If you own them all or have less than 10 that you do not own, you will receive a mystery skin.

IP or RP, he isn't a waste, he is a difficult champion, but one the rewards you the most if you can main him. His kit is godlike for seiging objectives, counter-kiting, catching low health enemies, make champions like Nasus useless. All, you gotta do is build him tanky and he can trully carry games.
