Construct Lancer Zero Hecarim with 10 gemstones, which are found as random drops in Hextech Chests. As with other loot-exclusive skins, Lancer Zero Hecarim may also drop as a skin shard.
Hi there yeah so uh i'm still waiting on that back to the future themed skin for Zilean and Ekko .-. soooo yeah.
Not worth the 10 gems, at most 5 gems in it's finest day, Riot should stop this "10 gems tag price" crap, and start considering 3, 5, 7, and 10 gems worth of skins ! Like skin in the shop vary in it's price, it should be the same in loot. You can't equal this garbage with hextech annie. Another garbage skin...Pax sivir is an example of a 520 RP worth skin with no ability or animation skin or anything, that should only worth 3 gems at most.
My luck with Gemstones is awesome, but these skins are worth barely 975RP. No sound/voice changes, MAYBE a single animation change, some particle changes. I'd like it if the hardest to get skins were worth the time. While the skins do look good, they lack a whole lot of things needed for anyone to want to really go out and try to get these.
Ive never hated on the skins department before but this is seriously weak in terms of its cost.
This skin was barely worth the intentional price of 1350RP, I still don't understand why they amped it up to a Loot-Exclusive, 10 gemstone skin.
He isn't even using the lance right...
But why isn't this just a legendary Hecarim skin? What's so special about it?
They should have changed his Q animation to actually match what a lance does.

So as someone who owns DN Darius, and SS Vayne, I find this new skin completely lacking and not even worth a single gemstone tbh. I was already sitting on 10 gemstones when I heard that a new hextech skin was coming out and was hoping that me waiting for the new skin would be worth it rather than spending them on HT Annie. I'm also currently sitting on 18 gemstones right now. However, even with this amount stockpiled I really see no reason to spend any of them on skins that have no value to them other than to be collectible. Plus I loved that tidbit from awhile back about the SKT skins where you wanted them to be so much better and you blew away my expectations for them, which is why I own 3/6 of them currently. Sadly, now that you spent so much effort on a set of skins I guess you gave up on making other skins worth their prices now.
Even Riot knows this skin is lacking, the video completely avoids the fact that there are no lancing animations.
Gemstone skins are lame. Why make super cool skins that nobody can have. People who do mass unboxings dont even get these things.

I spent $150 on this and got it right at the end 
this should just be a 1350 skin. i mean its really nice and i want it but this 10 gems stuff is crap. its way too expensive when you can just sell it outright. I mean seriously!
Can these 10 dollar skins just be available for 10 dollars?
How does one actually get gemstones? I got about 15-20 chests last year, and have a dozen or so this year, and have never received any gemstones. Not sure what the point is in providing content that no one can obtain.
