Treima3 votesDisappointing skin rotation with the exception of Kog'Maw. The skins are really weak (how is Rageborn Mundo a 975 skin when it doesn't even look that good and has no new particle effects or animations?), nobody likes Quinn, and just about everybody already owns Cho'Gath.

ShadyWolfe2 votes is a great top and can be played as a decent assassin mid though she is not in a good spot in bot lane. Her moves can be unreliable sometimes and not work properly though when all of those bugs are fixed she will be in a good spot as she counters a good amount of popular picks
