GaleWinUnleashed5 votesLunar Revel is roughly timed with Chinese New Year, and the skins that come out for that event often take their inspiration from Eastern culture. There is a Firecracker Jinx skin currently on the PBE, and skins for Nidalee and Katarina as well.

GaleWinUnleashed4 votesWarring Kingdoms also have some Eastern influence. All previous Warring Kingdoms skins (Xin, Jarvan, and Tryn) have been released as part of the past two Lunar Revel events.
The Lunar Revel event as a whole is generally Eastern themed, and the Warring Kingdoms set within that depicts several different types of warriors.
So WK has a narrower focus, but still falls into the wider LR category.
