TheUnholySpork23 votesKhazix was the first champ to release with a 1350 skin and his bundle was 1462 rp....since then several other champions (off the top of my head velkoz, reksai, illaoi, and kindred... I may be missing one) have also released with one and had a 1462 bundle.
This is just another side effect of that "early sale" scam that nobody thought about.

1350 skins no longer getting a release discount was covered (in the extra fine print) but nowhere did they cover release bundles....and when khazix was released his skin wasn't discounted but his bundle was still 1462.
We're being taken advantage of here.....
