I agree with you 100%. Especially since the traditional skins were not a purchase thing, they were a "you played this before it was cool" thing. At this point, they might as well just release King Rammus on the market, because why care if someone paid for the game pre launch in order to get something cool, they can just sell it to anyone.

Same. Traditional Trundle was my favorite for that reason. Now it is nothing special.

I agree, it's not the rarity of the skin that I value, I value the Status of having a traditional skin showing that you actually did care and value the champion even before reworks to that champion. while that status is something that people not yet playing the game missed a chance at getting it still feels like a kick in the face from riot not letting us have that unique tie with some of the champions we love.

At this point if they are going to keep stripping statuses away from us they might as well release the unattainable skins (championship skins,traditional skins, beta tester skin, game release skins) and they can just use the same excuse. i started playing the game week 20 when Leblanc was new, but yet i didn't have a chance at getting black Alistar or king rammus even though i started playing 2009 the same year it was released. garbage excuse is not enough IMO to re-release skins that actually give players a status, i could tell people i started playing since 2009 but being able to show them is way more valued to me so stop stripping those values from us

PLEASE upvote to show riot, while it's actually a really smart and very fun idea to have a very very small very rare chance to get these unattainable skins in the hextech chest, i feel like most people find it rude to release the unattainable skins for anyone that can fit the price tag and in fact these skins should stay unattainable,does riot not think it is rude? just like it would be rude to release black alistar and king rammus stripping the status of the palyers who own those skins (even if it is a really really small population of the community)

Thats exactly how they made it out to seem. I had it and am kinda ticked off that after so long they decided to go back on their word. I dont care as much that others have it, but dont say one thing and do another. Because if thats the case, give me championship riven please.

They shouldn't put it on sale, It is not fair for those that had it before. Maybe give it the lil border or ribbon then to differentiate?

It's actually NOT about time, the point of that skin was for people who already owned trundle before his rework, and Riot should stop going back on their word about what skins will be promoting.

with your thinking they might as well sell us black Alistar and king Rammus stripping everyone of the Status they have using a skin showing everyone "yeah I'm a beta tester"(black Alistar) and "yeah i played league since the release date"(King Rammus)

Don't be ignorant, yeah it sucks people don't get some skins and yeah i know the feeling of not having a skin you could have had (for me it's championship riven for me) but it's not about having something others don't it's about the status you show when you use such a skin

what's the point of games like CoD and Battlefield or any game giving exclusive items, content or exclusive rights to play 3 days early for pre-purchasing if they just give that same content and rights away later anyways? the point is to give people status. HEY LOOK I KNEW THIS GAME WOULD BE AWESOME LOOK AT ALL THE CONTENT I PRE-PAID FOR!!! i didn't just wait to see reviews from all around the world i had faith in the game from the start, these items/content prove it

another example is people loyal to Blizzard get exlcusive content for just doing an event during a time frame every year on WoW's anniversary , the content is free, unique and ONLY obtainable for that 1 event. to this day there are people with those unique contents that show their loyalty to blizzard. LITERALLY LOADS AND LOADS of content you CANT get anymore, it's unique to those people playing the game at the time and Blizzard wont strip that uniqueness and status away from those players just because the community is crying for it (and they do cry for it). People miss out on content!!!! this will always be true!! don't make the people that didn't miss out pay for it (i personally have 2 unobtainable items, am i happy i have them, YES!!!! am i said i missed other items, YES!!!! should they put them out becuase i missed them? NO!!!!! because with that logic that means they can also put out my Unique items again too striping away my status)

To be fair, the individual legacy skin sales are often marked down just as much or more than this pack.

the total reduced price of individual skins vs a bundle will always be the same or better, the only time you would lose out is maybe a huge Christmas sale (bundles or individual) where they are actually reduced in price significantly not just moderately
