Would Bard's ultimate work if he uses it on Mordekaiser's ult clone, Shaco's ult clone, Yorick's clone or anything else like that? If he uses it on Anivia's egg, would the time counter for when the egg is supposed to revive still count time, or would the counter just stop temporarily in stasis?

Is Bard able to freeze the Nexus with his ult?
With Bard's theme being a great protector, does this conflict with the same theme for Ao Shin?
Was there ever any synergy planned for his q and his e (if you q a person to a tunnel you could force them through it, or something similar)?
I have seen a lot of people try bard in the jungle, either as a primary or a support for the jungler. What are your opinions of this? Do you think he is viable as a jungler in current meta?
Considering only three of his abilities scale (His Passive, Q and W scale off AP while his other abilities are entirely utility) do you think he is going to be difficult to balance after release? Especially considering those abilities that don't scale are relatively neutral on their targeting?
What were some other ideas you had for his kit?

I've played about a dozen games with Bard on the PBE, and I love the wandering mechanics with the chimes and E tunneling. However, Bard seems to have a real weakness with his ability to support a team. Is he supposed to be a cc/protection/disengage support that protects his carry? Janna, Nami, and Lulu easily beat him in that role. Is he supposed to be a fierce damage dealer, becoming a monster late in the game once he builds up his chime collection? Zyra and Morgana dominate him in that regard in both cc and burst damage. (And I'm saying this is true even after I've collected 100+ chimes with Bard and have fully maxed out his items). Is he supposed to be some kind of bruiser-like character who can both take a hit and dish out some damage? He doesn't have the natural tankiness to fulfill this role, and Blitzcrank and Thresh easily dominates him in this area.
Are there any plans for reworking some of Bard's abilities in order to more clearly define his support role? Right now, in an all-in situation or in a moment where an assassin jumps one's adc, Bard only has one and a half abilities. Q, which might or might not stun, and W, which works at half strength if not given the time to charge up.

All I want is a very in depth description of how the chimes spawn. Rate, max on map at a time, are they limited in distance from Bard, is there any way to influence their spawn, can you get screwed by bad RNG and have them all be in the enemy jungle? Things like that.
What was the idea behind the bard ulti? Just an appeal to his star-struck protective nature deal?

Is Bard considered neutral in his alliances? I remember from the video that he seemed primarily interested in keeping the artifact away from the militant force and kind of ignored the death and destruction around him. It would be a nice change of pace to see another champion not oriented so heavily grounded on the good vs. evil spectrum
