Discountbot has been back in the lab, hard at work hand-picking your custom deals and is excited for you to see what you got. For those not familiar with Your Shop:

The thoughtful and sensitive Discountbot selects six skins that it thinks you’ll like and offers them at varying discounts
These discounts may include Legacy skins not currently available in the store
If you receive a skin discount on a champion you don’t own, Discountbot will also apply the same discount to the champ
Ultimate, Legendary, Limited, Loot-exclusive, and relatively new skins (released in the last 3 months) will not be included in Your Shop

We just took Your Shop down. We are aware of an issue with the deals, at the moment. We are working on an update to get it up, ASAP. Hopefully, the update will yield better results for all.

Hi, I already bought a skin in my shop because it was very cheap and seemed like a good deal. I heard that there was something wrong with the system so could I possibly get a refund and receive a different shop? If not I completely understand but can u change the other deals besides the one I bought?

nope. you just only hear about the people that don't get what they want. for every 1 of them posting there's probably 100+ that are happy about what they get.

(I think this is my second time using the shop after a really long time. I would be crushed if riot couldn't help me out. Do i have a chance?)

[sg-ahri-1] every single one of these skins i either own a beter skin for the champ already or i never actualy play the champ then i read the discription for my shop "we choose skins we think you will really enjoy" not to mention 5 of them are like 20%off already that i will never spend money on these skins :( i wish i got good skins all my friends are saying there skins where bad to :(

I'm just annoyed that yesterday as I was on my way back from being in class most of the day my friend texts me that my shop is open and I get all excited, 10 min later I'm back in my dorm and I open League and it's disabled.

I better get a good skin from it once it loads back up too because the fact that some people just by pure chance are able to get 2 sets of offers kinda annoys me. Not everyone was able to be online during it and those who were got lucky with this bug and now get even more discounts to pick from seeing as they can still buy from their previous shop with a ticket.

It's not Riots fault if there's a sudden bug but still. It adds a level of unfairness now that it's resetting.

i cant find my shop, theres no special indicator for it anywhere on my client or in the regular shop and ive done these before so i dunno so unless Singed is summoner 6 away with it i guess somethings bugged for me [sg-zephyr]

it's a pretty small icon. are you looking at your home screen, under where it shows your RP/IP? Next to the free champ rotation. also def try relogging if it's not there; there was an issue earlier where we had to reset it.
