Urf wasn't a champ, it was a game mode called Ultra Rapid Fire. Really low cooldowns and infinite mana. Weirdly fun mode.

Or at least an Avengers skin set. Xerath as Iron Man, Alistar as Hulk (even has "Now I'm angry" quote), Braum as Captain America, Olaf or Jayce as Thor, Varus as Hawkeye, and they basically just made an Eve Black Widow skin.
