Because ya know he's fast... police cars are fast... so yeah. I'm not really sure what his q would be yet. I thought maybe his w would have special particle fx that look like a siren is blaring around him. His e would have the siren and engine turn on. His ult would make his charge forward with police cars instead of spectral riders. I thought it would be a funny skin and I hope you do too. Lyfe
