Well, obviously Garen is hard... Garen has so many skillshots and requires tactical planning... He's the hardest champ in bronze... Obviously you aren't at a high enough skill level to use him...

Usually Wednesday, announced the day before. But we're sitting pretty late on Tuesday and still no "Patch 8.11" news announcement, so I'm thinking it'll be delayed a day or two.

I dont think ive ever seen it ge t delayed.. and its around 3:00-6:00am Wednesday morning dependant on timezones.

I've seen it delayed once, maybe twice, the last few years. Doesn't happen often, but it happens.

Because they put up the News Announcement on Mondays, but the champ rotation actually changes on Tuesdays.

Here is how we choose which ones are free:

Champion Rotation Goals

Give new players some simple Champions to play

Provide a balance of types of Champions for new players -- This allows new players to make balanced teams

Allow players to preview all Champions eventually

maybe if we go by secondary role...

heimerdinger = support syndra = support nautilus = fighter

...bro riot just trying to upset the balance for giggles.

As dumb as it sounds "role" is not the same thing as "role". You'll note the distinct lack of "Jungle" as an option on this page, and the absence of the "tank lane" in game.

(Ideally) they have at least 2 champs for each "lane-role" (do note that some champs can be put in multiple lane-roles): Top > Gangplank, Garen, Renekton, Yorick Jungle > Kindred, Nocturne, Rek'Sai Mid > Fizz, Heimerdinger, Syndra ADC > Jinx, Miss Fortune Support > Nautilus, Tahm Kench

Every lane has at least 2 options, this week checks out. (some weeks have been a bit more debatable since the change to 14 each week though)
