#A Corporate Matter Episode: A Song Of Light And Darkness

DrMundo "Ezreal servant, what have our competitors been up to lately?"

Ezreal "Lets see. Dota 2 added some sorta co-op thing. Heroes of Newerth, people actually still play this? Well, it added, plushies. Heroes of the Storm 2.0 just launched, which adds a ton of new cosmetic things. As well as a way to get nearly everything in the game for free."

DrMundo "Heh, those fools. But still, Corporate Mundo worried about players spending too much time there. We already steal the end game honor system. Me think it finally time to steal their biggest feature. Daily quests."

Ezreal "Sir, are you sure? Once we do that, there is no going back. We have survived so long without them. If we do this, we will forever be one of those games."

DrMundo "What, me tune you out while hitting big daily quest button. It is done."

Riven** "The balance has been upset. The sanctity of the League of Legends is no more. Order and chaos will clash, and out of it, a new League will rise."**

DrMundo "Corporate Mundo no like sound of that."

Riven "YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BRING ORDER TO THE LEAGUE, NOT BETRAY IT! LOOT BOXES AND THE STUPID KEYS REQUIRED TO OPEN THEM! GEMSTONES, THAT REQUIRE A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY TO OBTAIN! AND NOW DAILY QUESTS, YOU EVEN CHARGE EXTRA TO DOUBLE THE REWARDS! YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN A COMMON IPHONE GAME! I WILL BRING AN END TO THIS MADNESS!"

Yasuo "You will bring an end to nothing. The chaotic way, with microtransactions at every turn. Taunting players with the promise of free items. Only to trick them into paying much more than they would in an attempt to get it in a box. This is the only true way games should be."

Riven "That is the way of death and destruction. It will eventually lead to the death of games as a whole."

Yasuo "And out of that. A new gaming industry will rise. An unstoppable one. Better than everything that came before it."

DrMundo Corporate Mundo think you two settle this on own. Me go down to boss lounge."

Riven "Oh no you don't. I will have your head for what you did to League."

Yasuo "Get out of here. I will keep her busy."

Riven "OUT OF MY WAY, DEMON!"

Yasuo "Do you not understand the futility of your ways. This world was born of chaos, you may never stop it."

Riven "Life only exists because of order. Without it, there is nothing, no meaning. If they abandon chaos once and for all. Then they can accomplish great things and truly live in utopia"

Yasuo "Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player, that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more. It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."

Over in a nearby hallway:

DrMundo "Corporate Mundo think maybe lost them."

Riven "I WILL KILL YOU AND BRING ORDER!"

Yasuo "NO! He must continue on his self-destructive ways. SORYE GE TON!"

Riven "Ughh, he's hit his power spike. If I don't retreat now and farm up, I'll die. I will return to kill the both of you!"

Yasuo "Cowards die many times before their deaths. The valiant never taste of death but once."

DrMundo "You save Corporate Mundo. Maybe want job?"

Yasuo "heh, no. I have a more divine purpose than working here."

DrMundo "So, we just wait?"

Yasuo "If I know her as well as I think I do. Then she will try and get followers to help stop me. Well, it's time I did the same. You got anyone in mind?"

Over in a nearby office:

Gnar "Carefully, just one last piece and my model of myself will be comp-"

Yasuo "SERVE ME MORTAL!"

Gnar "AHHHH, DEMON! PLEASE DON'T KILL ME!" "Shatters model in a panic."

DrMundo "Calm down dumb furry employee. He is friend of Corporate Mundo."

Gnar "Of course he is. What does he want?"

Teemo "Hopefully to kill you."

Yasuo "Your world is broken. I am here to fix it. Through glorious chaotic destruction, you all shall be born anew. I need your help to accomplish this goal. Dawnbringer Riven hopes to stop all chaos, without help, I'm not sure I can beat her."

Gnar "Yeah, no thanks. My whole life is chaos. I would enjoy a break from that for a while."

Teemo "Man, you really are stupid. If your whole life is chaos, then that means she must end your life to bring order."

Gnar "Soooo, how do we stop this psychopath?"

Yasuo "We battle at high noon!"

DrMundo "In the meantime, Corporate Mundo recruit more followers."

Later, when it's high noon:

Riven "here we stand, today, we end this."

Yasuo "It's not too late to give into chaos you know."

Riven "Well, it's much too late for you to give in to order. Only your death can bring peace. And I brought along some newly appointed knights of order to assist me."

Nasus Braum Kayle Lucian "We stand by you, Dawnbringer!"

DrMundo "QUIT STEALING CORPORATE MUNDO'S EMPLOYEES!"

Yasuo "That's cute. But I brought some help of my own."

Gnar DrMundo Kled LeeSin "We serve the Nightbringer!"

Riven Yasuo "LET'S DUEL!"
