Riot please don't just give us our IP and and icon for having runes like you do with most things I would love that give us a rune only skin or something that would be so nice to have
The only thing I get to show Ive played the game for a long time is a silly ass emote to flash in game. How cool what a great reward for the vets. Showing everyone Ive wasted so much time on this game with such a cool emote! that you have to flash in game! yayyyy dont worry about starting off at lvl 30 with all the new ppl that started league when the new leveling system comes out at least we get a wicked cool emote!
Question. With loss of flat ad runes and not hearing of any boosts to base stats for champions, does that mean csing is gonna be "harder" and i'm gonna feel like a karthus on some champions like renekton and darius (i'm laughing inside but also pretty worried)
It was mentioned that "if you purchased 3 rune pages with RP you will receive a random epic skin shard" or something on the line of that. If you have every available skin will you receive something different?
also, it seems sort of unfair to have URFWICK cost so much.

why isnt a quiz given when rank is determined because people dont know basic stuff and it pisses me off i have to play with them, like not standing behind baron

So maybe this has already been answered but what happens to magic pen and armor pen? Will stats be changed to compensate?
We need to make Secondary runes have their own Identity when it comes to stats. If i want attack speed stats I am stuck picking Inspiration or Precision primary. What if I want to go resolve and my secondary is precision. It gives 70 Hp no matter what secondary rune you pick. The Answer is to allow us to choose the primary runes effect (70 hp) or the secondary runes effect (15% attack speed). Otherwise builds are going to be very limited and cookie cutter.
quick question, the ultimate hat abilty has different meanings depending on what main path you pick. intentional?

Hey guys, I can't seem to find omnivamp/spell vamp 
in any of the runes, unless I'm missing something.
Which rune would help me with this, such as for Mordekaiser/Valdimir?
Edit: I found "Ravenous Hunter". But that value increases based on takedowns I believe. And is that the only one?
Do we know the exact date in which the update will be released?

Don't hate because I didn't get to see the video on explaining the runes and masteries, BUT, wouldn't you be able to abuse Hexflash's CD on switching out summoner spells? It's only 20 seconds, but what I saw the example video with Zed was, he used flash and switched it out while still on flash cd, so that being said, couldn't you switch out summoner spells every 20 seconds if you have the Hexflash up all the time? (also including the 6 minute intervals with the mastery/summoner shards)

Looks pretty cool! Can not wait to dive into the new set ups. I'll be taking some names for sure...and I'm sure some 
will still happily come along and kick my teeth in. But it'll be fun!
