The best League of Legends teams from around the world will clash at the 2015 Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) on May 7-10 and to celebrate we’re offering limited-time deals on some in-game goodies. Here's the full rundown of what's available:

That's probably for the best for the team as a whole in all honesty. He wasn't performing as well as he had in the past, which kind of outweighed his shot calling abilities.

I guess from what I've read the team was starting to feel the same way about him.

C9 had a 2nd place finish for the split. Hai is still very good. His physical injuries mean that he's headed downhill though, rather than having any room for improvement.

Pretty sure you can't. It's even posted on their Mystery Gifting FAQ.

"A skin for any Champion that your friend owns is eligible for Mystery Gifting, as long as it's worth at least 520 RP and is available in the store. This includes Legendary and even Ultimate skins! Legacy skins will also be obtainable as a Mystery Skin EXCEPT Achievement skins, Collector's Edition skins, PAX skins, Rusty Blitzcrank, Urf the Manatee, Championship Riven and Riot Squad Singed."

Thresh and Shyvana's Championship skins are Legacy skins like Sailor Gangplank and Shamrock Malphite, while Championship Riven was released before the Legacy Vault became more available, adding Limited Skins to the list of skins that can now be obtained by special means. However, the Limited Skins affected were only Holiday / World Event and Seasonal skins, like Santa Gragas, Vancouver Amumu and Riot Graves, but not Special Condition skins like Triumphant Ryze (earned by being on the winning team of one of thousands of Riot-endorsed community contests called Prized Events), Silver Kayle (Bonus for buying a disk copy of League of Legends, which are extremely rare and valuable collector's items now.), and yes, Championship Riven, only obtainable by purchasing during the Season 2 World Finals.

As a side note, Riot Girl Tristana and Unchained Alistar can be obtained for free by liking League of Legends on Facebook and Youtube respectively, and the Goth Annie and Huntress Sivir can only be purchased by buying the Digital Collector's Pack and champions Bundle in the store, at any time.

Riot at any time can release a Legacy Skin for a limited time, however Limited Skins not tied to a special day or event are usually only made available through the day / event which they were originally released (example: Snowdown you would likely see Snowday Malzahar, the event that takes place during the Winter Holidays.) or as Mystery Gifts. Edit - This does not include Championship Riven, Victorious skins, PAX 2010 Skins, Urf The Manatee, King Rammus, and Rusty Blitzcrank, among others.

They'll probably mention them at MSI, like the SKT skins at All-stars last year, and MSI is in place of All-stars this spring, while All-stars has moved to winter.

Regarding the Mystery Gift Bonus, if there was a Pentakill/Baron Steal, does Riot send us the Mystery Gift? Or we still ned to have a friend gift it to us/self-mystery gift it to ourselves?
