Idea: Skin Banks. Pretty much, you can buy a skin without owning the champion. Then, if the champion is ever free you can play with the skin or when you do buy the champ you get the skin automatically. Like, lets say you like a skin, but you probably aren't going to play the champ too much, then you can buy the skin and use it if the champion is free. Or, you almost have enough IP to buy a champion, and one of their skins go on sale, you can get the skin before you actually own the champ.
So you put a
