I play Yorick as main champion (yes i know it's something rare) and there is still some counters at top like Nasus (just beat yorick early and late game) Trundle (yorcik's ghouls just heal him) Renekton (is a good choice tobeat yorick early game) and maybe Aatrox (I never fought him but I think he beats yorick hard, because of his CC/big sustain and huge dmg)

Yes Yorick counters Teemo Its due to yoricks poke and sustain his ghouls poke teemo hard while his e ghoul heals him, so once you get your Tear of the Goddess its all over for Teemo

Idk if you understand how a business or really any large team works, but they don't just throw all their eggs into one basket. Do you think everyone at Riot is only working on this Draven skin, and when the servers go down, that EVERYONE goes to fix the server at once? They have many people working on completely different projects within their product. They still have to make content while many other champions are being reworked simultaneously. You can't ever expect them to throw out a new Sion just like that, a new Sion is probably taking them far over 10x the effort, I believe it is a visual update as well, which means not only that every skin needs to be remade, but his bone structure will literally change to incorporate more fluid movement, and most importantly his move set will be altered, while still keeping the same feel, while fitting into the game, and without breaking the game. As much as I would like that rework, it's not coming out aaaany time soon.
