i would call that rammus ground-rock, molten ground fire, freljord ground ice, koopa and base are ground-normal, and my fave skin full metal rammus is ground-steel.

as for skarner, base skin is rock-bug, the orange skin is bug-normal, battlecast is steel-fire (legendary skins can double type swap) i forget what its called but there is the grass-rock type one, and this skin is ground-bug.
