The Free Rotation, Episode Two:

Gnar "Assistant! assistant! where is my Elixir?"

Soraka "i'm sorry sir, i didn't know you wanted an elixir. i'll be right on it"

Gnar "no, i didn't ask you for an elixir, you are my Secretary, not my assistant."

Soraka "i didn't know you had someone else, who is it?"

Sona "..."

Soraka "sona! you work here too? i thought i was rid of you for good. and how dare you say, "my corporate dress is ugly" we are wearing the same dress."

Gnar "wait, you two know each other?"

Soraka "yes, me and sona were competing for best healer of all, it was back and forth, no one better than the other. but now its all, "ooooh, that nami save", or "look at that janna ult", it makes me sick."

Gnar "well that doesn't matter now, you both work for me.

Soraka "i mean, i gave up everything i had, i used to be able to restore mana, and super push. but didn't get any credit for that. so i focused purely on healing, i heal so much now it causes me pain, and for what? complaints, that's it."

Gnar "jeez, you seem a little upset, go find out who is getting nerfed so i can make them free before then. now, sona, you are way late with my elixir."

Sona "..."

Gnar "what do you mean, "you don't move as fast as you used to." you are slow enough as it is. but i guess you can just play your Song of Celerity, that makes you move pretty fast. now give me my elixir."

Sona "..."

Gnar "i know its been hard for you since you started working for me, and i made you change a lot about yourself. but come on, even if a lot of people don't like you now, you gotta admit you are a better assistant. like how you would play a song and then just hum it forever, that was really annoying."

Sona "..."

Gnar "of course i'm right, now onto this weeks free champs. vel'koz got a new skin, but no one is buying it. so i decided to make him free to increase sales. people have been wanting more diversity in the jungle, so i made nunu free, but nunu doesn't have any big plays, so i had to pick lee sin as well. finally, players had it way too easy last week, so i made sure that they have to work for their wins this week with lots of hard champions."

My take on the percentage comment Anivia 55% more death by diving when egg is up Corki 68% more people gasping as Valkyrie dries up their mana pool Karma 43% more ungodly poke, borderline bursting in bot. And ksing LeeSin 90% more nearly secured kills kicked away to safety Lucian 33% more ults being used to clear a minion wave Nunu 77% more counterjungling and frustrating top lanes Orianna 62% more ball delivery team fight wreckage Rumble 21% more people screaming as they realize their R is still on smart cast Sion 40% more being yelled at and ran into Velkoz 69% more tank shredding
