He is a cute kitten wearing a bow, and his left hand has big kitty claws. His right hand is holding a little Fish (Savagery Blade). He cutely meows (Battle Roar). He throws little balls of yarn (Bola Strike). And he pounces on his enemies (Unseen Predator). His Recall could be him drinking a bowl of milk, and then he falls into it.
I think a lot of the serious and underrated champions should have funny skins so people buy them.
