The changes definitely focus on Warwick as a hunter. There are a few important changes to notice for long time Warwick players doing their first jungle clear.

W: used to be an attack speed buff. Most people think about this as a buff to the team, but long time Warwick players will know that the old W was a very important tool in the jungle clear. W was the skill to take first (players taking Q first were mostly new to Warwick). So the change to W is actually surprising in that it really changes the skill order for experienced Warwick players. In fact, the new Warwick W does nothing for jungle clearing and is not as useful for ganking as the new Q and E, so Warwick players probably want to take the new W last.

Q and E: on old Warwick players really had to wait for the ultimate to have very effective ganking. The new Q and E look like they will enable the ability to do some effective pre-6 ganking. This is a really big deal because it was one area where the preeminent jungler for newbies was lacking compared to other junglers. Moreover, with the change to W, Warwick players will be forced to take Q first to maximize clear speed and follow with E to help mitigate damage in jungle or enable ganks.

The old skill order was WQQE. It looks like the new skill order will likely be QEQW or possibly QEWQ depending on how useful the move speed buff is on the new W at enabling ganks.

Unless the numbers changed significantly, I would say Warwick's clear speed will be lower than it was and he may be forced to burn more mana when he clears than he had to before, but at least he now has more pre-6 ganking potential. It may not seem like much has changed with this update, but these changes are significant for Warwick mains.
