The reason why I bought Jinx with IP is because I was so excited about her new skin and I had 6300 IP + enough RP to get her new skin which I did. But as a fairly new player I would love to get my IP back since I can use it for other things such as; runes, expanding my champion pool etc.

Submit a ticket and tell them the situation. I'm not sure if they still do it for IP, but typically if this happens they'll refund you half the RP. Worst case they'll just say no.

CHiiiii1 votesAccording to US consumer law, if they do reduce the price of a certain item like that within a certain period of time the item was bought, it is required for them to do a price adjustment i believe so I don't think RITO can just fuck you on it if you try to contact them... but yet again could be tricky since the purchase was made with RP instead of cash.. worth a try tho.
