Can the rubble of turrets no longer be an obstacle?
I'm wondering how the Dragon's entrance is going to affect gameplay for the bot lane. Suppose the jungler comes to gank bot lane and they get a double kill. They run to dragon. Well while they are waiting for the Dragon's entrance animation, the other lanes have returned via teleport or something before the Dragon is even engaged. Honestly, this goes for all jungle creeps. Are these intros going to affect champions like , 
or 
?
I'm worried about junglers like lee sin w/ jumps to minions when they have an animation for entering, especially dragon and lee sin.
