Rotating game mode queue now live!

From the original clone-tastic One For All to the sand-strewn battlefield of Ascension, featured game modes provide unique spins on the classic League formula. It’s time to kick things off with the next game mode in the rotation:Nexus Siege returns.

This time around, Nexus Siege is now available and lasts through the evening on Monday (we’ll shut it down very early Tuesday morning--usually between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM).

As always we’ll be trying out different things with the rotating game mode queue and we’d love to hear your feedback. GLHF!

I miss URF too... Wish they brought URF back and not the All Random version though, that one SUCKED. I MUCH prefer picking a champ I can get boxes and key frags with than depend on a lottery. I'll play ARAM if I wanted that.

Odds are it will be Hexakill since it hasn't shown up for the longest out of the main 4 game modes, and it has the least amount of times shown up as well.

Ascension : 7 Poroking : 8 (6th through 8th hasn't happened yet, but is forecasted to show up) URF : 12 Hexakill : 5 One For All : 6

I forgot to update urf to say 2 instead of what I have in my record that will go through and say 1234567 because I just want to enter the number, instead of keep updating the count, and I cant edit the post this is response to.

To everyone who is asking for URF, it probably won't be coming back until Riot can make Katarina's mass amount of daggers stop breaking everything. I heard Kata spun so much she somehow got a Nonakill. That's right, Katarina broke the game so much she killed her own team too.

I don't like to complain about the rotating game mode, and I understand that riot is doing poro king for the Christmas season, but I feel like 3 times in a row of what people think is the worst mode is a bit excessive.

Urf has shown up 2 times, ARURF once, and Poroking has shown up 5 times with 6th - 8th times being shown to us currently.

As someone who wants URF, but is typically a lurker and I know that crying isn't going to help any (as it shows with the lack of it happening...), I just read the boards and give information about what could be one of riots coolest features, but instead has turned into game modes that are typically just group and zerg.

But to answer your question, I don't find it annoying because I agree with them. 5 days vs 14 days. I would rather have had the 14 days then have my hope shattered every weekend for the past... 32 weeks (8ish months) (the last time we had actual URF, not ARURF)

Out of 39 weeks we have gotten URF only 2 times, back when it was only Friday afternoon till Monday 1-6 AM. We got a red headed step child called ARURF 1 time.

Now if we compare that to every other game mode, listed in order of the first time it has appeared... Ascension : 7 Poroking : 8 URF : 2 Hexakill : 5 One For All : 6 DND : 3 Siege : 4 Nemesis : 1 ARURF : 1 Doombots : 2

No they didn't. They specifically said "at least twice." that means it won't be less than twice, but chance to get more than twice. And it would be fine if it only ended up being twice if other modes were around that number.

Really 3 weeks of poro king? Riot you put out poro king so often it's gotten old I get it that Christmas and all the holidays are out but why not end the year and begins the new year with a bang like Urf or a new game mode that way you can appease to bother the urf and poro king lovers. And if Urf is too much to ask for why not nemesis draft or Hexakill or do a big new year surprise with something huge like combined Urf and poro king.

Lemme go over some statistics.

About 90% of the league player base loves or atleast like urf. Riot does not care at all about what the're player base wants at all. I'm sick of shitty ass asention and ledend of the poro King, both of those game modes come from the sadist people who come from riot games. I love urf it's my number one game mode but riot has to stomp all over my face and say here's poro King instead and when urf is out they are like "Ok we think urf is unbalanced and instead we came up with ARURF" ARURF is a giant crap in our faces because we don't get to choose who we want to play. For example the enemy team could have Shaco, Zed, Jax, Ekko, and Sona and your team could have Yasuo, Bard, Jinx, Shyvana, and Kled or some bull shit like that. Please just bring back urf riot. [zombie-nunu-bummed]

Pathetic Riot, we just wanted to play urf once for Christmas. Quitting League and any future Riot games forever now. I've seen everyone in this community only asking for URF and Riot doesn't care... They don't listen to the community at all, seriously can't see any bright future for LoL and don't want to support this game or company in any way now. Gonna tell everyone in RL I hear talk about playing league how trash it and Riot truly are, they don't seem to care about the actual players at all, the most important thing about any community or game. Goodbye my favorite MoBa ever, thanks to Riot can't say I'll miss you.

They should've just make legend of Poro king and ascension permanent game modes since they love them so much, URF can be scraped and turned into a practice mode since they never release it anyway, everybody would be happy.

just stop playing the rotating game modes altogether maybe when riot sees the amont of people not playing these game modes they will have to take a step back and think hmm literally no one is playing any of our rotating game modes maybe we screwed up lets change it up a bit, I don't play any of the rotating game modes unless I actually like it and enjoy it, if you don't like poro king don't play it ik I wont just cuz I don't enjoy it, if your words wont reach riot then let the example of no one playing their rotating games and the data they get back, they will have to do something about it

I saw you posted a comment on one of mine then deleted it, but after seeing other comments like this, make sure you let people know to help you boycot watching pro play, thus lowering the amount of revanew for them throwing tourneys. Make sure to tell people to refuse to get RP so riot doesn't think they can get money for anything, only get RP after they do something you like. That way they lose the income of random players while they are 'not listening to the community'. After it gets to be to big a problem for them, they will start listening some more. But why mess with the cash cow, when it keeps spitting out money?
