What do you think about the state of marksmen that are on the weaker end of the spectrum (Basically not Cait, Vayne, Twitch etc.)

With the marksman changes coming up, any hope of new items for them? Since the release of lethality, it seems that all marksman build the same thing (IE, AS/Crit item, BT, etc.) While there is room for diversity, things like botrk, it still seems like the marksman item pool is stale and routine for all bot lane marksman when compared to the large item pool for mages.

Any plans on fixing aram balance issues (on the map only)? Sona is still sitting at over 60% winrate...
Did Warwick see Kindred when he died even though he came back? If so, which one?
When will get another AR(URF)?
What is your stand on making only supports having over load kits. The best example would be Thresh, you can say that he does have an over load kit but it works fine because he is at his best in the support rule. I would just like to know what you think.
What's the update on the new client? When will it be in effect.
How is y'alls new years going?
Will there be any updates on mage itemization ? Like it isn't bad, its just that they are really bland.
Thoughts on Quinn? Seen some Rioters here and there express discontent with the Champion, claiming she functions mostly as someone who snowballs off of uninteractive matchups. Do you guys think Quinn is inherently unhealthy and what could be a better direction for her going forward?
Do you believe measures need to be taken to ensure newer players are more prepared for ranked play when it comes to things like champion pools, available rune pages (two is not enough to cover AD champs, AP champs, tanks, and some junglers or supports!), and even basic game knowledge?
Personally, I know that I will probably never be higher than Gold, but as someone who strives, season after season, to climb out of Silver, I find myself in so many ranked games with people who do not own many champions, do not have appropriate rune pages, and do not understand what many would consider the fundamentals of the game. It's incredibly frustrating, and definitely contributes, I believe, to toxicity in League when players are teamed with obviously new and oblivious players in ranked games. Maybe this only affects players in and around Silver, but it has definitely been my experience.
In addition to more/easier access to champions, runes, and rune pages, I'd like to see more tutorials, perhaps in-game exercises or a required number of normal games that players need to complete before being able to queue for ranked, with refreshers being necessary if they drop divisions.
Do you know if you are leaving LoL soon? It would be wonderful. You can come back to wow, I dont care about this game anymore, so you can lasthit it, no bad feelings but it would be a shame if another game designer KS wow from you.
