Design Q&A - Design Director Ghostcrawler!

First time watching this stream

I loved how they take their time to really explain their thoughts. I'm happy to hear logical/analytical thoughts about design. I dislike how random / irrelevant some of these questions are, and the amount of repeat questions

I think if you're gonna spend an hour on stream with us, its great to field some chat questions. But I would rather you talk in depth about topics of your choosing, rather than random/ questions from the twitch chat.

Talk about what you wanna accomplish by next year, how you would like to improve the player experience, Overall Art/ Narrative direction, what changes you would implement in game immediately if you had the resources, what the hottest discussion in Riot was that month, or any other cool or interesting thing you wanna talk about, even non Lol-related.

For example talking for 20 minutes about the RANKED issues and FUTURE changes to make it better would be much more helpful than reading an article or your comments on the boards. It would be a better use of your time imo.

I'm more curious about your macro-level stratergy for the game, you know? Like sure asking you these random balance / champion changes in twitch chat are really cool and interactive, but i'd rather you discuss the big picture rather than these micro balance details.

I liked when greg talked about other Mobas. Now that's the level of discussion i wanna see from this stream. What features you wanna implement from other games?
I also loved the phrase 'gameplay fantasy' or something. That is the perfect phrase for the most important thing in league for me. Its not just the skillset, or the champ theme. Its a combination of both that makes the best champs. This is the single most important factor in the game for me =D

How about you talk for 30 mins about a topic/ and then 30 minutes answering twitch chat. Is a viable compromise?

I think if you brought some content to share on stream, it would be much better than fielding random twitch questions for the full 60 minutes. We can throw random balance ideas at the other designer streams anyways.

Anyways this is the first time I saw greg, how can anyone hate him man he looks like the kindest person. Always has a grin on his face. Keep it up I'm proud of you guys loving the game ATM!
