Last year we debuted the Rainbow Fluft Icon to support IDAHOTB, aka the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia. If you didn’t get a chance to pick up the adorable icon, don’t worry because this year we’re bringing it back with a little added kick.

Show your support for an inclusive worldwide gaming community by purchasing (and equipping) the Rainbow Fluft Icon for 1 Blue Essence. Instead of the rainbow spawn-in animation from last year, players who equip the icon this year will have a unique homeguard animation that leaves behind a sparkling rainbow trail whenever you leave the fountain. And, as a little added bonus, you can equip a custom background in your profile, too!

You can grab the icon, background, and animation until the end of patch 9.10. So grab a friend and see if you can make a double rainbow all the way across the Rift.

It absolutely is not a thing, especially to the extent that homophobia and transphobia are. Again, you can't point out cases of people being murdered/raped/disowned by family/fired/imprisoned etc. for being straight.

Just because it isnt a majority doesn't mean it isnt its own problem. Just like how gays ARENT a majority yet their issues are still a concern. Why is that so hard to understand? on a serious note, I'm cool with this, except for trans... let me explain. I don't care if your trans, thats fine, but sometimes you don't actually want to be trans and are just gay but don't know it. At that point most of them are like "well, I have no money from the surgery, my body is messed up, time to end this". In short, if your gonna be trans then just wait to be completely sure first.

Because transitioning is totally a thing that doesn't take years of treatment and doctoral approval even before "the surgery," assuming the person even does that at all (many don't, for a ton of valid reasons).

And hell, even if that scenario did happen... that still doesn't invalidate the fact that transphobia is a massive issue in today's society.

And no, trans people don't kill themselves just because they're trans, that's ridiculous. It absolutely has to do with how society as a whole treats trans people. How many get disowned by family. How many are mistreated or fired by employers with little to no legal recourse. And yes, being called slurs. Reducing prejudice down to "someone calling someone a bad name" is frankly ignorant.

I live in Canada, a few weeks ago my friend and his bf got beaten up by construction workers and called f*ggots and other homophobic slurs. It does still happen. I've has people say gross things to me just walking while holding my bfs hand. I've had people cross the street to avoid me, etc. The argument of 'it doesn't happen anymore' is just shoving your head in the sand and pretending it doesn't exist.

I've never luckily have had to experience anything like that because i haven't really been in any gay relationships (I'm pan) and i don't leave my house very often (And i live in a very accepting place( But the discrimination and oppression against LGBT+ people still happens everywhere I hate how people always say that ''gay people already have their rights in america etc, they aren't oppressed anymore, what more do they want'' It's really annoying and ignorant In america it's still illegal to get married in many states, conversion therapy is perfectly legal in many states among other fucked up stuff I'll never understand what's so bad about 2 people of the same gender loving each other. It's still love
