Well, for Teemo top, you want to rush
. The new passive helps you trade against the enemy laner ALOT, even magic resistance will have a hard time dealing with that item. You later build it into
for sustain.
Then
, regardless if the enemy is tanky or not, that magic pen and Ap can put some pain on the enemy if they're not careful.
After that, the usual
and depends on the situation.
You can try
if the enemy doesn't have too many tanks or even
if you want to burst them down instead.
If there are tanks, just get
.
You'll want to take Thunderlords because as bursty AP, it hurts more at all stages of the game, combined with ignite, if you play your cards right, you can get somewhat fed before mid game.
At least that's build wise, but ingame wise, you might have to learn from other players. I tend to be passive-agressive. I hide behind minions for skillshots, always on the move, but if given the chance, i'll poke them down to either force them to pop a pot, back or keep going with the risk of death.
If you get ganked, don't be nervous, use your bushes, if the enemy doesn't have skillshots, they might never touch you, just ping for help and wait for your jungler and/or mid laner.
In team fights, you can burst down the squishiest of targets when you can, and if they get too grouped, you can toss a shroom for lots of damage, with Liandries, it might help wound them severely and turn the tides of a battle.
And always try to split push if you can, use your shrooms to detect enemies trying to flank you and run before they catch up to you. Be careful of burst mages since they can destroy Teemo and play careful around adcs, they have damages, but you have a blind. Make good use of it.
