Adam Harrington has support this stupid a** game and community for years, he has a YouTube Channel talking about League of Legends and how all the voice actors never thought this game would become this big. By calling him "just a guy they pulled off the street" to record Ryze's seven lines is just a disgrace to Adam and the character.... what has this game come too? making fun of the old voice actors and creators....... I made a post in the PBE forums, I have over 1300+ ryze games on this one champion, believe me they failed horribly handling his rework...

Adam Harrington is "just a guy they pulled off the street" to record Ryze's seven lines? He must've done an impressive enough job to get called back multiple times...

If JohnODyin is still writing Yorick's reworked lore, I'm afraid for my favorite champ if THIS is the flippant attitude he takes towards Ryze's previous content creators.

I like Ryze almost overall, with one exception... And it's something I believe that conflicts with his very own new lore. His ult.

The new lore has us believe there is a lot more to his rough demeanor than simply being an old coot in a hurry, but more importantly, the fact he's just not a team player... So, why does his ult allow passage for not only up to the entire allied team, but minions as well? He outright leaves a village to fend for itself and a child and his grandmother for dead to continue his mission, after he just killed an old pal for reasons that could have been avoided.

I'm all for treading new ground, but Ryze's ult may as well be how Tahm's works if enough peeps hop into his mouth on time. Seriously, he seems capable of that feat if it means spitting everyone out soon after.

It just really seems like he, an ancient Archmage, could have something more than a teleport variation, even if it's one that could affect a whole team... Maybe his ult could work like Karma's for adding more powerful/complex effects/combos to the rest of his kit on command?

Again, I do enjoy the new Ryze, but the ult... Eeehhh...

So what is your excuse for the constant reworks to a champion who, at the time of his rework release, was not in a terrible spot. Ryze before this current rework had an average win and play rate. You say you want to rework champions in much worse spots like Yorick or Galio, yet you still devote time away from these champs and towards a champ which is both in a better spot AND has been reworked the most I have ever seen in my 3 years of league. Can't say much about this rework, haven't seen or played much of it, but seriously, if you want to promise us reworks for other champs, stop reworking champs that are in a perfectly fine spot and focus on the ones that really need it. It feels like you focus on Ryze because faker likes him

Thoughts on the Rework itself: 9/10, I think it's fantastic, and I'm finally starting to learn Ryze. Wish I knew the new VA though, and his waveclear is a little too stronk.

Other Thoughts: Come on guys, calling Adam Harrington "some guy off the street"? Especially considering that guy off the street was called back to voice Kassadin, Mordekaiser, Shaco, and old Karthus. I really hope you guys have a reasonable explanation, or an apology for that.

It took a while to plug the biggest hole left by writing the league of legends out of league of legends. The existence of rune wars was a huge deal in the lore before the institute of war was formed and made absolutely no sense for a long time after it was no longer canon. I have had very little respect for the lore events in league since then because of that. Several champions still have lore pages that are completely not canon because of that change (lee sin, nocturne, and fiddlesticks). I'll have a lot more respect for the lore when those are fixed.

I have a question: In one for all, if Ryze 1 starts channeling his ult to somewhere, but is standing in Ryze 2's ult who started channeling before Ryze 1 to an area of the opposite direction of Ryze 1's ult, what happens? Do both Ryze s get teleported to Ryze 1 area?
