Thanks rito for not only making the easiest thing in photoshop cost rp, but making most of the croma packs for skins that also cost rp. Most people dont have that kind of money to spend and have to watch as others get to have cool effects and skins because they have no extra money to put into a FREE game. The skins I understand, but the fact that they are making us pay for an effect that i have done multiple times with basic (at best) photoshop knowledge is pitiful. They should cost ip or be based on champion mastery like rito considered and asked people about before they even made the damn chroma packs. Rito pls nerf logic.

How about this: Regular RP price if you don't have the champion mastered OR if you have the champion mastered you can purchase their corresponding chroma pack for 6,300 IP (Not including the skin its for, if a non-classic chroma pack)

Okay, this is getting ridiculous. HOW ABOUT A ZED CHROMA PACK. Considering he only has 2 skins and one of them isn't even purchase-able at the moment. He hasn't received a skin since he came out, and he's one of the most love-able champions by players. It's ridiculous. At least give him a chroma pack :/
