Umm, he is one of the 4800 IP champions. The second most expensive group, ya, he kind of is expensive unless you are one of those people who do nothing but game all day. If that is the case then ya he isn't that much, but not everyone is like that.

No offense taken, but I want to clarify something: I don't sit and play league all day. Having two jobs means I can play like, one game per day if I'm lucky.

However, having those two jobs means I can buy RP. For champions who are 4800 or 6300 IP, I just buy them with RP when they are on sale. Yorick is on sale every 3 months due to the tri-monthly rotation, so if you manage to earn a couple of bucks in those 3 months, you can just buy him with RP.

I think it has to deal with the lvl you are currently at. Just keep lvling up your account to get the free weekly champs. Dont know at what lvl.

I believe that it does give new players easier to learn/use champs so they don't have to start out trying to use the higher skillcap champs like Lucien or Zed. Clairvoyance
