Have you thought about adding a** vote disaband **to the champion select?
Problem: I get punished if I dodge the queue because of some obvious troll. (Like premade troll bot lane, or any champion with useless build, like AP Darius and such)
Solution: Vote disaband team in champion select. If 3 players vote to disaband the team, we could get back in queue without any punishment. So we avoid the queue ban or wasting at least 20 minutes with trolls and losing LP in ranked. (3 players so premades can't deny the vote.)
(I mainly want this for ranked, I don't really mind trolls in normals)

How are you dealing with the concept of trolling in this new champ select like:
Your main is Master 
and you put that as your "wannabe" champ, but then one of your banners bans him and your stuck with playing someone else and feeding
You put your role you want to play as Mid and you get it, but some jerk who also wanted mid got support, so he trolls and feeds and bans your "wannabe" champ
Your Top picks bard

Too much freedom I think the pre-champ pick should only be done in ranked to begin with.
premade 4's and 3's were group trolling could happen, tribunal should prioritize reports for these in ranked while the bad seeds/trolls/intentional miss behavior are eliminated from the people trying to improve.
premade 4's and 3's could be troll misguiding still provide negative experience for solo queue's in ranked draft. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Specially if the game isn't ranked. And the result would not matter to 50% of the community. The other 50% would be mad and rate it a bad move.
Love the way league is heading though. I hope everyone takes my comment positively and Kudos to league of legends for the awesome game .
I'm just wondering how you guys will prevent people from trolling with the whole, you ban champions after picking them thing. Because lets be real here for a moment. There will be people that ban champions other players want to use just because they are a troll. I want to know how that's going to be dealt with.

The Support icon lights up multiple lanes - signifying that Riot supports the idea of Supports going places other than bot lane. Looks like i may become a full-time Support in the near future.

I chose varus, but then enemy team took him, even tho i selected him first. This is BS, after that i got kicked from queue for not locking in. I selected MF, but didnt lock and I got removed from Queue. This new select is bs

So this means the quality of games should increase then? Also wouldn't this system make it more difficult to rank up unless you some god in that role?
uh i was wondering how i can select my chroma skin... i dont see an option for it 
I feel it way too complicated for a champ select, specially for normal matches. Also the primary and secondary dont have like a reason, you want to play a lane, chose it. If you have to wait, doesnt matter or cancel it. Also why you have to confirm your champ, unless it´s banned, you should stay with the one you chose in the first place
I personally prefer the old team builder system, easy to access, to setup, etc.
Also to many animations , they look awsome , but kinda unnecessary.
In the old champ select for draft you could choose your ward skin and it seems to have been removed from the new select. Is this an oversight? or was it phased out for a reason?
