Riot said they'd have chances in the future where gemstones were "purchasable", but outside of the last PROJECT event, getting gemstones through every event after has been a gamble still.

Once more, Riot thinks only of their wallets; though we all knew the gemstone skins were a giant scam anyways.

Bought around 25 from 4/27 to 5/13, first few gave me like 8 gemstones and that was it. Not even a single gemstone afterward, and bought 3 Hextech chests with RP left, got 3 gemstones in each. I don't know if I got lucky there or the algorithm is corrupted.

They didn't release these capsules for the sole reason of filling everyone's inventories with gemstones. The gemstones are just a part of buying a capsule and no one is making anyone buy them. If you don't like the chance of not getting a gemstone from spending money, then don't take that chance and then complain about it

Screw the capsules. Not worth spending money on a game where you could be banned for pointing out that a support is taking your cs.
