let's say for some reason you have 2 jungles (pray that doesn't happen) if ivern uses his passive, can the other person just smite and get the exp and buff?

No. It only works for Ivern. Just like if another player wants to take smite then they don't clear it instanly.

I just have to say thank you. Before now, I've never really been drawn to the jungle because of the pressure of farming and focusing on lanes as well and I have to say the release of Ivern is making me eager to give the Jungle a go finally! Especially considering I'm a support main, and love it, so I think the first juggling-support may just be the one for me. :) I'm so excited, thank you again. You guys did an amazing job!

How often can i spam bushes? because i want to make a trail of bushes everywhere i go and just walk through the bushes. in fact i wish his passive was spawning bushes directly under his feet as he walked and his save the forest passive was an ability. taxing mid lane would be so fun.

"Ivern used to be a man, a long time ago," explains FauxSchizzle. "He was a sort of Freljordian conquistador, the first one to discover Ionia." While exploring the Ionian forest, he happened upon a sacred tree called a Godwillow. Back then, Ivern was a miserly, vicious man; seeking the tree's power for himself, he cut the Godwillow down. But as wood cracked and fell, the tree's magic essence lashed out and gripped the Freljordian, reaching deep within him and bonding with his troubled soul. Tree and man became one, and in that moment all of Ivern's violence, selfishness, and cruelty was drained out of him. The void in his heart was replaced with childlike wonder and gentle curiosity. He was filled with a joyful zest for life.
