January 27 UPDATE:

The downtime for new champ select spoiled the party in dynamic ranked and normal draft, so we’re reactivating Party Rewards in those queues so you and your friends can earn your share of the spoils by playing together.

How’s it work? Simple. The larger your premade group, the larger the IP bounty you rake in. The All-Star bonus from Team Fire’s win at All-Stars is active in NA as well.

Party Rewards will go live in new champ select queues only (dynamic ranked and normal draft) starting Wednesday, January 27 to the end of the day on January 31. We’ll see you on the Rift!

I think it is because they are using the Teambuilder picture for this when they removed it much to the dismay of us who enjoyed Teambuilder.

What about people who enjoy playing solo more than with a party? During the Pool Party event I tried playing in a 5-man group made up of random people from in-client chat rooms, but the MMR was so messed up I had the worst time of my life, I won like 5 games out of 30 and people were still jerks so it didn't help with reducing toxicity. Please, stop giving larger bonuses only to groups, many people enjoy only playing solo.

I know this is going to be downvoted forever, but Limited Edition skin owners are still waiting for that survey Hippalus promised 2 years ago.

And we're still waiting for proper compensation -- a tiered icon and an in-game emote when using those skins would be more than enough.

If you hover over "rewards" in game, it only says 300% for five people, not 450%.

I think they're going to give a new IP sink with the Hextech Crafting system. My guess is they'll let you turn IP into champion/cosmic essence, though they'll make the ratio absurd so most people won't want to do it (like 100 IP for 1 essence.)

My word, look at all these people going off about how unhelpful all this extra IP is. Perhaps the other summoners didn't think about how this helps out others who wish to unlock more champions. Surprise, surprise, long-time summoners, other people don't have all the IP in the world!

Queue up... game stuck in champ select... no biggie, I just relaunch... still excited :D Queue up again! - No penalties, this is a great sign!

+1 I've been playing since Season 2 and I still have 65 champs to unlock, not to mention all the runes/runepages I'm missing.

I've been playing since Season 3 and I have 14 champs (15 if you include Jhin) left to unlock and 12 rune pages with all the useful runes. I bought 2 champion bundles (the Gnar and Kindred ones) and haven't bought any IP boosts or champions with RP. What have you been doing with the IP? Maybe you just don't play enough.

Some of us leave for months or longer at a time only to feel ourselves drawn back into the game. I joined league and played casually during S2, I tried ranked during S3, hated the community for the rampant abuse during S3, left before S4, stayed away for all of S4, returned shortly after S5 started, and quit for a month after leaving a ranked queue not because I had last pick and needed to support but because I picked a legitimate support and my ADC promised to AFK for the entire game because they hated my champion.
