Check out all the champs and skins on sale this February. Like previous sales schedules, we’re not posting the exact dates for each champ and skin, but they’ll all be on sale sometime next month, so keep an eye out.

Just a heads up – since we’re publishing these in advance, we won’t offer partial refunds on champs and skins purchased before they go on sale.

Please tell me that there's been an error in compiling the list of skin sales. 14 of those skins were used in the June skin sale, which comes off as strange, seeing as how you have hundreds of more skins available for sale. Normally I'd agree that some are okay after that many months, but with a lot that have gone way longer and 14 of them all at once? That is a bit disconcerting.

Riot, someone caught on to your skin sale tactic. If you guys can't use a good random number generator on skin sale or use any at all, why not change the system and let players vote for half the total skins to go on sale for the following month. Of course you can set restrictions to not let certain skins go on sale through vote such as 'Ultimate' because they are never suppose to go on sale besides launch day. You can always set the skin voted can never be on sale again for a minimum of 2-3 months after it's gone on sale through vote once. This voting might actually make you guys see a bigger picture on what players really want and like to play with, which could help you guys design skin ideas in the future.

it is a new thing Riot introduced last month. When skins first come out they will now go on an "early sale" a few weeks after release for 1 price level lower than their standard price. Riot is doing this so people can get the skin on sale quicker than waiting the full year it usually takes for the skin to go on sale 50% regularly

They stated that Legendary skins AFTER Dragon Trainer Tristana will be put on early sales. Anything before her, like PROJECT: Yi, will not be put in the sales.

But he can be acquired trhough that hextech crafting that will be coming out this year.

Dragon Blade Riven is a Limited Availability skin for the Lunar Revel. It should be coming out during the next Lunar Revel, along with the new skins for WuKong, Morgana and Caitlyn.

I don't know about on sale, but Dragonblade Riven, Lunar Goddess Diana, and Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere all came out at the same time during the Lunar Revel. I would say it's safe to assume they'll all be available again during the next one. I could be wrong, it's up to our lord and savior Rito Games
